This year I am finally able to participate in the INSEN annual meeting again, since it does not coincide with my family holiday this year. And it’s good that I am here since I was asked to act as vice chair for the INSEN network, which I’m honored to do!
We already had a running start with the meeting as I am typing this, all the working group chairs have reported as well as the outgoing chair James Larkin. The agenda is packed full of interesting items. I’m especially looking forward to the topical sessions on career opportunities for graduates in Nuclear Security and educational tools for Nuclear Security.
As vice chair I will try and listen in on all breakout sessions of the three working groups, something I haven’t managed before as a member of working group I.
